Torogh offers ideal shipping methods for any requirement. Be it low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via DHL Express or UPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

Small items

Standard delivery: Get it in 1-5 working days

Orders over 1000 AED: All day delivery. Order anytime:

Exchange or Return of Goods


  • Exchange: An item can only be exchanged if it remains sealed and has not been opened. Additionally, the exchange request must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Return: Returns are only accepted for items with a technical defect, and the request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Return Process: Once a return request is approved, the customer must wait up to 7 days for the item to be inspected. If the reported technical issue is confirmed, the customer will either receive a refund or a replacement if the item is in stock.If a customer wishes to return a new and unused item for any reason, they must cover the return shipping costs to our warehouse. Additionally, the original shipping cost we incurred for sending the order will also be deducted from the refund amount. If the delivered item has a defect and needs to be replaced or refunded, all shipping costs will be covered by our company.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the Torogh online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
